3. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of features on enjoy app, you must create a member account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each individual may hold only one account on the Platform — duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration remains accurate and up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.
Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password that are unique to your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorised those activities. enjoy app strongly recommends that you choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform, and that you never share your login details with any third party. enjoy app reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account access or withdrawal functionality until the verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction.
4. User Obligations & Responsibilities
As a member of enjoy app, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal entertainment — and in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws of the Philippines. You must not use your account to conduct any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to other members or to the Platform itself. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software errors or glitches for financial gain, colluding with other members in games that involve multiple participants, or engaging in any form of money laundering or fraudulent payment activity.
You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and communications made through your account. 5. Platform Usage Rules
enjoy app grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment. All access rights are conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms, and enjoy app may withdraw this licence at any time without prior notice if it determines that you have breached any provision.

The availability of specific game categories, payment methods, or promotional offers may vary from time to time and is subject to change without prior notice. enjoy app does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any particular feature, and periods of maintenance or technical upgrades may temporarily limit access to certain parts of the Platform. Notice of scheduled maintenance will be provided where reasonably practicable.
6. Payments & Transaction Information (PHP)
All financial transactions on the enjoy app platform — including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and any bonus-related credits — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). By using the Platform, you confirm that you are depositing funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. enjoy app does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in jurisdictions where such transactions are prohibited, and the Platform reserves the right to refuse any deposit or withdrawal request that it believes may be linked to unlawful activity.
Withdrawal requests are subject to processing times that vary depending on the payment method selected, your account verification status, and your VIP tier level. Any disputes relating to a specific transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date; claims submitted after this window may not be considered. 7. Limitation of Liability
enjoy app provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in the Philippines, enjoy app makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. While we take reasonable steps to maintain a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be accessible, free from technical defects, or immune to security incidents beyond our reasonable control.
In no event shall enjoy app, its directors, employees, agents, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from game outcomes, unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials, or temporary unavailability of the service. enjoy app's total cumulative liability to any member, in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform, shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death and personal injury caused by negligence. The gaming outcomes on enjoy app are determined by certified random number generators and cannot be influenced by the Platform or its staff; enjoy app accepts no liability for game results that are unfavourable to you, provided the games have operated in accordance with their published mechanics.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
enjoy app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has violated these Terms, provided false information during registration, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful conduct. Suspension may also occur during ongoing investigations into suspected misconduct, during which time access to account funds may be temporarily withheld pending the outcome of the review.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, enjoy app may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach — such as fraud, multiple account creation, or use of prohibited software — enjoy app reserves the right to permanently forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, voluntary closure requested by the member), any verified balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees will be returned to the member through a supported payment method.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. enjoy app will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Members who have opted into self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period, and attempts to circumvent this restriction by opening a new account will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the enjoy app platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, and video elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of enjoy app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We take all member concerns seriously and aim to resolve genuine disputes fairly and promptly within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties retain the right to pursue their respective legal remedies through the courts of the Philippines. These Terms do not limit any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection law, and nothing herein is intended to contravene any applicable mandatory legal provision.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions. The failure of enjoy app to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in any future situation.
